Known to many as the hidden gem or a well-kept secret, the Founder and Head Chef, Mr. Sam Ng, keeps the place alive by introducing many to the aromatic flavors of the East. He has over 25 years of experience in the Chinese cuisine industry, which has perfected his craft in the kitchen. Red Ginger is proud to be a family business and to have brother of Sam and Executive Chef, Mr. Dan Wu, to grace us with his culinary skill in Hong Kong Style cooking.
